free photo wedding coverage service includes the following:

– 3 Professional photographers on wedding day from preps till the end of reception

– High Resolution images will be given in DVD

MECHANICS:

1. Simply send us an email starting February 14, 2010 at info@blacktieproject using “blackties for free” as the subject. Send us your names, wedding date, time, venue and how you found out about us (multiply, facebook, google, referals, w@w, weddings.ph, kasal.com, etc). Emails sent before February 14, 2010 will not be honored.

2. If your wedding date is available in our schedule, a confirmation message will be sent to you as the chosen lucky couple.

3. The first 5 valid emails that adhere to the terms and conditions will get the free photo service.

4. If you are chosen, we will be setting a meeting for the contract signing.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Wedding date should fall on March-November 2010.  The date chosen should be free from other event commitments previously scheduled by the Blacktieproject team.

2. A reservation fee of Php5,000 will be needed to seal the deal (for both parties’ protection).The full amount shall be refunded on the wedding day itself.

3. A transportation fee will be charged for out of town weddings:

Php 3,000 for Tagaytay, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite

Php 1,000 for Alabang, Antipolo, Rizal

*Kindly email for rates for other areas besides the aforementioned

4. Blacktieproject shall be the main photographer for the event but the client can still get back-up services from other photographers if they wish to do so.

5. The client can also avail of Blacktieproject’s other services apart from the free photo services (like albums, prints, video, etc) but standard rates shall apply.

Prenup – Php 7,500

8×10 Wedding album – Php 11,000

8×8 Guestbook album – Php 5,000

Video Coverage – Php 15,000
